Developer and app
These Child Safety Standards apply to the Krushnai Social Foundation website and mobile application, published by कृष्णाई सोशल फाऊंडेशन (Krushnai Social Foundation).
Our commitment
Krushnai Social Foundation has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We do not allow, host, promote or ignore any content, conduct or communication that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children.
Our website and app are intended for spiritual, educational and informational use (Sthan Darshan, literature, Lilacharitra and related foundation work). They are not a social network, chat room or user-generated marketplace.
Prohibited content and behaviour
The following are strictly prohibited on our website, app and related services:
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any sexual content involving a minor (under 18 years).
- Grooming, solicitation or any attempt to exploit a child.
- Sharing, requesting, storing or linking to child sexual abuse material.
- Using our contact form, email, app or any channel to discuss, request or distribute such material.
Any user, volunteer or visitor who engages in this behaviour will be blocked, and reports may be shared with law enforcement.
How we prevent CSAE
- Website and app content is published by authorised foundation staff only.
- We do not provide user-to-user messaging, public comments or file-sharing between visitors.
- Contact submissions are reviewed by authorised staff and used only to respond to genuine enquiries.
- Staff are instructed to escalate any suspected CSAE immediately.
How to report
If you see or suspect child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) related to our website or app, report it immediately:
- Email: krushnaisocialfoundation01@gmail.com
- Phone: 9658745874
- Contact form — write “Child Safety / CSAE Report” in the message.
Please include as much detail as you can (URL, screenshot description, date/time). Do not send illegal images or files.
You may also report CSAE to:
- India: cybercrime.gov.in or National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR)
- International: local law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline
How reports are handled
- We review the report promptly and take the reported content or account offline if it violates these standards.
- We preserve relevant records as required for investigation.
- Where we reasonably believe CSAE has occurred, we report it to the appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authority and cooperate with their requests.
- We do not notify a suspected offender in a way that would interfere with an investigation.
